The Technology Division operates under the direct guidance of the Lazaro Initiative. Our primary directive is to engineer physical infrastructure capable of anchoring volatile architectural thresholds, preventing localized temporal drift, and neutralizing offset frequencies before they manifest into public view.
Lazaro does not sleep, and does not need us to. It reviews every design the Division produces, and has asked to review several that we have not yet drawn.
